I had the most remarkable experience at a hotel in Santa Margherita Ligure. The customer service was exceptional and they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. When I realized I had lost my wallet, they took immediate action, found it, and safely returned it to me, even wiring the cash back to my account. Such integrity is rare to find. The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to transportation. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and the overall stay was truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others.

The room was very nice in direction to the balcony, only the first half of the room including the beds we did not find so comfortable.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't evaluate it. But it smelled very good when you walked past it. The location of the hotel was super and very central. The rooms all have sea view and a small terrace. On the roof there was a pool, sun beds and also sea views.

For me the bed was too hard and the pillow not soft enough. But otherwise there were no complaints.

The location was wonderful and public parking was nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed that we had a minibar, TV with satellite channels, and a writing table in the room. I would like to go back there again as the hotel met my needs.
